“ALTRATEC is electrified” – new large-scale project in the field of battery manufacturing

After four successfully completed projects in the field of battery manufacturing and transport logistics for battery modules, ALTRATEC has now succeeded in acquiring another large-scale project.

After four successfully completed projects in the field of battery manufacturing and transport logistics for battery modules, ALTRATEC has now succeeded in acquiring another large-scale project. For a leading automobile manufacturer, ALTRATEC produces a complete transport system for battery cell and module assembly – from the logistics area to the assembly stations. The system consists of approx. 250m of conveyor lines, steelwork, lift systems, workpiece carrier control and complete logistics. As a full-service provider, ALTRATEC supplies all equipment, including the interfaces to the assembly stations and the logistics control systems. The total value of the project is in the range of 2 million euros. The commissioning of the first project steps will be completed in November 2019. Further project steps will follow until January 2020.
Additional electromobility projects are already in the pipeline.
