On January 21 and 22, 2020, ALTRATEC’s entire workforce was invited to Neukirchen to kick off the new year.

Around 100 colleagues from the two German locations in Schwieberdingen and Neukirchen had the opportunity to exchange ideas about current projects, evaluate the past year together and set goals for 2020.

The ALTRATEC managing directors Clemens Ruckstuhl, Matthias Linke and Dr. Erhard Fritz could refer to the past financial year 2019 as one of the most successful in the history of the company. They recognized the commitment, the knowledge and the drive of all ALTRATEC employees who contributed to the record turnover.

“With this event we are looking back at the last year, but we also want to make a start for the upcoming one,” summarizes Matthias Linke. “In view of the slowdown in the economy, we have to work even more closely as a team, also across locations, with a greater focus on productivity and effectiveness. We are, thus, creating a solid basis to continue to play at the forefront in the field of conveyor technology.” Automation solutions for e-mobility are an important cornerstone. In the past few years, ALTRATEC has already placed nine major projects in this promising area.
