Projects
Component infeed via overhead conveyor
In this project, our LAT Flex is used in an overhead configuration to feed components into the production process.
The components are loaded manually and conveyed to the next process step. Integrated stoppers and sensors detect the workpieces and ensure a controlled material flow. Components can also be accumulated and buffered to compensate for varying processing times and ensure a continuous material supply.
Production line with buffer for truck loading and unloading
For this large-scale project, ALTRATEC developed a complex conveyor system for the automated staging, alignment, distribution and buffering of workpiece carriers, followed by loading into a truck trailer.
The combination of conveyor sections, outfeed units, manual workstations, lift units and destacking units enables end-to-end material flow and efficient interlinking of individual process steps within production.
Manual workstation for drone disassembly
A custom-configured workstation was developed for the disassembly of drone assemblies. The station combines ergonomic working conditions with an integrated power supply, material supply and tool connections.
It can be used as a stand-alone manual workstation or as part of an interlinked production line and can be flexibly adapted to different processes and requirements.

Questions & Answers
Our conveyor systems are used in a wide range of production and material flow processes. These include material infeed systems, interlinked production lines, buffering and storage solutions, as well as automated production areas.
Helpful information includes the dimensions and weight of the workpiece, the intended process, cycle time or throughput, available space and the planned level of automation.
Yes. Existing conveyor systems can be flexibly expanded and adapted to new process requirements. Our own aluminum profile system is compatible with the 10 mm slot systems used by many other manufacturers.
Depending on the project scope, conveyor systems are assembled and process sequences are inspected and tested under realistic operating conditions before delivery. This allows workflows to be validated in advance.
