Digitalization Funding Project
at ALTRATEC

As part of a funded digitalization project, ALTRATEC Automation GmbH is investing in the further development and optimization of internal business processes.

The objective of the project is the sustainable digitalization of administrative workflows as well as the improvement of efficiency, transparency, and collaboration within the company.

Within the scope of the funding project, a modern document management system is being implemented and connected to existing company software systems. This will enable document-related processes to become more digital, structured, and efficient in the future.

The project particularly supports:

  • the digital processing of incoming and outgoing documents,
  • centralized and structured document management,
  • the optimization of internal administrative and approval processes,
  • improved cross-departmental collaboration,
  • and the further development of the company’s digital infrastructure.

By implementing this project, ALTRATEC is strengthening modern and future-oriented working processes for the long term.
