Design

ALTRATEC workpiece carriers are adapted specifically to the spectrum of parts being conveyed in each individual case. They usually consists of a base plate or frame made of aluminium, running surfaces of PE, stopper limits constructed of various application-specific materials, indexing bushings made of hardened steel and adapters for fixtures or directly mounted pick-up elements or mechanisms.

The solutions delivered by ALTRATEC Automation GmbH range from base carriers in which you can incorporate your specific processes and carriers with adapters for customer-specific fixtures through to carriers with complex mechanisms for position-oriented fixing of workpieces.
