The system is suitable for products up to 2,500 mm and 60 kg. It only requires 120 watts of drive power and does not need any sensors, controls or protective housings.
A continuous flat belt moves workpiece carriers mounted on roller bearings. Workpiece carriers are decoupled from the transport medium by stop and accumulation mechanisms. The return transport in the lower run and optional centering stations enable precise loading and unloading.
The system allows for various orientations, including standard, suspended, or rotated configurations. It can carry workpiece carriers of up to 60 kg and is suitable for multi-level operation.
With a system length of up to 25 meters, the system is space-saving and cost-efficient, without the need for a protective enclosure.
